Hot-melt or solvent?+
Hot-melt is universal and economical. Solvent grips better on dusty boxes and at low temperatures.
Is 60 m really 60 m?+
Yes. We use metres, not yards, and show the cost per metre on every quote.
Why the ±15% tolerance?+
Printing and cutting use large webs, so the final roll count may vary. We invoice the actual quantity.
Do I pay for plates again?+
No, provided the artwork is repeated without changes. Select repeat order in the configurator.
When does the lead time start?+
After the visual proof is approved, not merely after payment. Standard production is 12–21 business days.
Is the online price final?+
It is a sales quote based on the current database. Availability, artwork and lead time are confirmed before production.
Which tape colour should I choose?+
White or clear is neutral; brown blends with KRAFT. The proof confirms the final appearance.
Does it work on recycled board?+
Yes, but dusty uneven board usually needs hot-melt or solvent rather than basic acrylic.
